Shipping:
Our goal is to provide our products to you at the most reasonable cost possible, including shipping. We charge a very modest ($2) handling fee to cover the packing material and labor of preparing your shipment. The only other shipping fees you pay are the actual shipping costs, calculated automatically for you by our shopping cart, which is fully integrated with the US Postal Service shipping system.

Returns:
Returns are not generally accepted, as many of our products could be read, and/or copied then returned. However, if you have a valid need for an exchange, such as accidentally ordering the wrong publication for your aircraft, we will do everything possible to work with you in correcting the problem.
